With Optum® Electronic Payments and Statements (EPS) your claim payments, Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and remittance advisories are delivered to you electronically. Whether you prefer direct deposit (ACH) or virtual card payments (VCP), this service allows faster payment, easier reconciliation, less paperwork and greater efficiency.

With Optum EPS you will:

  • be paid 5–7 days faster than with paper checks.
  • receive payment and remittance information on the same day.
  • be able to accept multiple claim payments in a single transaction.

    - Payments are deposited directly into your bank account.

    - Optum virtual cards are re-loadable, so you redeem payments on the day funds are loaded to your account.
